I mentioned Hermanus, a coastal town 115 kilometers from Cape Town. It was settled by Dutch farmer Hermanus Peters in 1805. Even today, 80% of its population is white.

Hermanus is famous all over the world for its whales, winter starts in Russia in October and summer begins in South Africa. They stay here, lay eggs in Hermanus, give birth, and start the return journey with the young as soon as the snow melts in Russia.

Baby whales go back to Russia with their mothers, so they recognize their migration route and spend the rest of their lives alone back and forth. Every year in the world, there are four major migrations of birds, animals, and fish. Millions of wintering birds migrate from Siberia to the deserts of Pakistan every year and return as summer sets in.

In Africa, 3 million animals migrate from the south to the center every year, forming herds and trampling the borders to stop in Kenya, the sound of their footsteps shaking the ground as they run. Thousands of tourists from all over the world go to Africa every year to see this scene. The third migration is sardine fish. Millions of sardine fish also come to Durban in South Africa from the Atlantic and Pacific oceans every year, and the fourth migration is whales. And this process has been going on for hundreds or even thousands of years, but here this question arises: Why do animals, birds, and fish migrate?

There are three reasons for this migration, weather, food, and protection, all the animals, birds, and fish of the world know that weather is the biggest killer of life, we have to avoid this killer, secondly, it also knows the fluctuation of food. And thirdly, they also give utmost importance to the protection of their own young, so they migrate to safe places for breeding and rearing of young.

For us Pakistanis, the great truth of the world is hidden in this system and that truth is that animals, birds, and fish also regularly plan for weather, food, and security, to meet the challenges of life for themselves and their children. trends, they migrate before the change of season and go to places where there is food according to their needs, they lay eggs and are young where they are not threatened, but we may also be from different species of animals. Gone are the days, we plan for the weather, and food, and not for our security, it has been 75 years but we have not planned for any sector in these 75 years if we had the ability to plan. Would we have this position today? Do we have to beg like this today?

We have to admit that we have failed as a nation, we call ourselves and consider ourselves the most intelligent nation in the world, but we do not even have the ability to plan for floods, how much electricity and how much gas will we need in these winters? We will have wheat, pulses, rice, and sugar for next year and we don't even know how much Panadol we will need next month. I had another meeting with Mian Nawaz Sharif and Ishaq Dar, they were also worried about the country, I see this concern in Shahbaz Sharif, Imran Khan, Asif Ali Zardari, Chaudhry Shujaat and the top leaders of the army, but the country How to run?

No one has any concrete plan of action for this, we are confused from the bottom to the top, if you don't believe, ask two questions to the most powerful person in the country, what is happening in the country. And what is the way forward? I can confidently say that he will not have any answer to these two questions? The establishment is the strongest pillar of the country, does it have the answer to these two questions? Do the President, the Chief Justice, the Prime Minister, the Chairman of the Senate, and the Speaker of the National Assembly know what is happening in the country and how this country can be moved forward? Does the Governor State Bank, the Minister of Finance, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs know anything? I claim that no one in the country knows anything.

We start with Imran Khan, who wants new elections, the question is that he has government in two provinces, KP and Punjab, dissolve both governments and assemblies today, and new elections will be held in the country, it is straightforward. Why not take the path? Second, one-third of the country is submerged in floods. Let us assume that the federal government or the establishment accepts Imran Khan's demand and the government is dissolved. Until these areas are not eligible for elections, then who will run the country during this time? Will we form a long-term caretaker government? If so, what will happen to the IMF package?

It will be suspended immediately because the country's economy will go down further and the country will default. The second question is whether Imran Khan will accept the election through the current Election Commission. If not, how will the new election commission be formed? And even if all this happens, even if new elections are held and Imran Khan comes back to power, how will he run the country with such a large opposition, severe differences with the establishment, and global recession? Does Imran Khan have answers to these questions?

You should now ask Mian Nawaz Sharif and Asif Ali Zardari. Your wrong decisions have limited the federal government to 27 km and how will you run the federation now without the help of the provinces? Second, you have not been able to control even the dollar, the prices of flour, sugar, and cooking oil are not under control, and petrol, electricity, and gas can no longer be afforded even by the upper class. But a new wave of unemployment and inflation will also fall, so how will you take the country forward in this situation?

You should also ask the establishment, the judiciary, and the parliament if the country is not at a dead end and how can we get it out of this dead end? I contend they will have no answer either, whether we believe it or not, but we are badly stuck, we can neither go forward nor go back.

We have only one way out of this situation and that is the constitution and the rule of law, whether we decide today, tomorrow, or after a complete disaster, we still have to sit together and come up with an agreed plan of action. An oath will also have to be taken, so my last request is that you hold a grand dialogue, the army sits with the political parties, the judiciary, and the bureaucracy and decides the country's next 20-year road map. So SOPs should be fixed.

Judiciary, NAB, Election Commission, FIA, and Police should be made completely independent, these institutions should be completely free from state and political interference and every person in the country including the President, Army Chief and Prime Minister should be accountable to them. There should be no immunity and we should also open the country for business, whoever wants to form a company in the country, do business, pay taxes and no institution, no person should disturb him.

You believe that this country will be saved, otherwise, we will suffer from the same situation every three years, every government of the country will want to bring its own army chief and the opposition will be holding public meetings by raising the name of their choice and the country It will sink into the quagmire, so we have only one solution, let us sit together and take all the decisions at once, otherwise you believe this country is just a spark away, just an insult or a stone's throw away and This country will fall apart, we have to be smart.

If we're not human, then don't be, but we should at least be better than the whales and the birds of Siberia, who are making better decisions about themselves and their children than we are while we leave the entire country at the mercy of circumstances. Leaving Vikram to watch the spectacle is the biggest tragedy in this country at the moment and this tragedy is also becoming worse on a daily basis so fear God sir!
